Helen Barry

Helen recently completed a course in Islamic Art & Architecture, from the University of Oxford, Department for Continuing Education. This is supporting the investigative journey through the iconic architecture of secular and non-secular buildings and spaces. Buildings and spaces that draw on the individuals need for reflection, stillness and a sense of community. The work reflects the inner tension, synergy, balance and symmetry of these iconic spaces. Helen has been involved with youth arts and community arts for over 20 years and is currently working with the Ballymun Community.
